Four fabulous, pet friendly self contained cottages, sleeping from 5 to 8 people, each with fully equipped kitchen, gas log or wood fires, sumptuous beds awaiting. The cottages are individually themed and 100% pet friendly – just the thing to sit back and allow your senses to be revived! Bush walks from your door; abundant native wildlife; absolute peace. Soak in the delicious smell of our Aussie bush and let some serenity sink back into your life.
Ideally located in country Victoria only 25 minutes north of Lorne and 1.5 – 2 hrs from Melbourne, this is the perfect retreat for your next holiday.
Our large property is ideal for long bush walks, bordering the Otway Forest Park. We also have enough room for a campfire outside your cottage on those starry nights, (seasonal fire restrictions apply), and many of our guests have enjoyed toasting marshmallows by a warming fire.
Kids love our animals. They are welcome to help us feed our array of critters - the bunnies, chickens, sheep and alpacas. Eggs are finders’ keepers! |

One of our hidden treasures is our recreation area with its pioneer buildings. Built in a rustic style, it offers a pool table and dart board, and ample space for a kick of the footy. It’s also a great place for groups staying in the cottages to come together and have a barbeque, with a gas BBQ and undercover and outdoor seating.
Bush walks start from your front door, meandering around the property and out over the fence through to the Otway Forest Park.
We are a non smoking property - sand pots are provided on verandas.
We are ideally located for taking a trip along the Great Ocean Road. The inland route takes you to the Otway Fly, Lake Elizabeth or the 12 Apostles, through the fabulous Otway Harvest Trail, offering many winery, café and berry picking opportunities along the way. |

OUR COTTAGES
Each cottage is decorated in it's own theme - choose from the Beach House, Igloo, Villa or Castle.
All have open planned living/lounge, dining and kitchen areas and are heated with cosy wood or gas log heaters, as well as split system heating/cooling for a more instant result. The Igloo is purpose built for wheelchair access.
Outdoors you will find a private wood BBQ, picnic table and camp fire in front of your cottage. A picnic set is provided for outdoor use. |
